Masai Mara offers the possibility of seeing the “Big Five” and many other species of game. This is where the great wildebeest migration is a spectacle to behold for any would-be visitor to Kenya. It occurs mainly from July to October of each year. Wildebeest traverse its plains during their annual migration. The landscape has grassy plains and rolling hills, and is crossed by the Mara River and Talek River.
After pick up from the hotel or airport, head southwards along the floor of the Great Rift Valley with a stopover at the viewpoint for washrooms, pictures and a smoke break. Then proceed to Masai Mara, arriving in the afternoon for lunch and check-in. Later, you'll proceed for an afternoon game drive which is well known for its rich, tree-studded grassland and rolling hills. The famous Mara is also renowned for its great herds of plain game, black-maned lions, leopards and cheetahs. It also contains numerous elephants and virtually every type of wildlife to be found in Kenya. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight. 
After an early breakfast with a picnic lunch, you will spend a full day exploring this unique park which forms the northern part of the famous Serengeti National Park. You will have the chance to visit the Mara River, the border of Masai Mara and the famous Serengeti Park. The Masai Mara National Reserve is an area of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border. Its animals include lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos. Wildebeest traverse its plains during their annual migration. Return later in the evening to the camp to freshen up, have dinner and a bonfire. Overnight at the camp.
After breakfast, depart for Nairobi and arrive in the afternoon to be dropped off at the hotel in Nairobi or the airport. We say "karibu tena"!
