On this trip, you are guaranteed to see the Big Five, along with a variety of other amazing animals and beautiful landscapes. Welcome to Kenya, welcome to Tanzania, welcome to Tourist Line Safaris — where you get quality value for your money.
We will pick you up from the hotel or airport and then begin our journey to the Mara after breakfast. Our first stopover will be at a viewpoint overlooking the magnificent escarpments of the Great Rift Valley. The second stop will be at Narok town, where you will have lunch before proceeding to the camp or into the park for an evening game drive. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at a fully furnished camp with hot showers.
Have an early breakfast and then begin your game drive in the park, which has a landscape of savannah grassland on rolling hills. It is famously known for its wide range of wildlife and a good road network that allows for better wildlife viewing and photos. You will eat a picnic lunch at the hippo pool while enjoying the epic experience of dining with hippos and crocodiles. You may pay an optional visit to a Masai village at an extra cost of $10 per person. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at a fully furnished camp with hot showers.
Go on an early morning game drive in the Mara before departing for Nakuru with a packed lunch in hand. Enjoy the beautiful landscapes that keep on changing along the way, as well as views of Mount Longonot and Lake Nakuru. You have the option of boat riding on Lake Naivasha at an extra cost. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the City Max hotel.
Enjoy a morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, which is famous for its flamingos and a white and black rhino sanctuary. You will see buffalos, hippos, and baboons here. After a picnic lunch you will travel to Naivasha. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the Taphe Guest Resort.
Eat breakfast and then journey to Hell's Gate, where you will walk and climb through the gorges. You can also go on a bike ride (optional). Later you will have lunch and depart for Amboseli via Nairobi and the busy Nairobi – Mombasa highway. After an evening game drive in Amboseli, dinner and your overnight stay will be at a fully furnished camp with hot showers.
Eat breakfast and then set out on a game drive in one of Kenya’s best parks, where you will enjoy the beautiful wildlife at close proximity. The elephants here are incredibly large! The views get even better when you see the large, snowcapped Mount Kilimanjaro in the background. You will eat a picnic lunch and then have the option of visiting some local villages (cost not included). Dinner and your overnight stay will be at a fully furnished camp with hot showers.
Eat an early snack and then head out at 6:30am into the park to watch hippos and elephants wallowing in the muddy swamp. Return for a full breakfast in the camp and then check-out. You will make your way to the Namanga border and catch a bus to Arusha. Upon arrival you will meet with our driver, who will transfer you to your hotel.
Eat breakfast at the hotel and then meet our driver for a transfer to the office, at which point we will leave for Lake Manyara National Park. You will arrive by 10:00am and then go on a game drive with a picnic lunch in hand. Lake Manyara is famous for its tree climbing lions and flamingo flocks. Later in the evening you will leave the park and drive to Panaroma Camp for dinner and your overnight stay.
Eat breakfast and then leave Panaroma camp for the Serengeti. After a four-hour drive you will arrive at the main gate for registration and an afternoon game drive. You will game drive for at least six hours before proceeding to the Central Serengeti and the Seronera camp. The Serengeti is really large, so staying in the central area allows us to access the largest concentration of animals during our stay. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the amazing Seronera Camp.
After an early breakfast in the camp you will depart with a picnic lunch in hand for a full-day of game driving tracking the Great Migration and the Big Five (lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant, and rhino). You may also drive to the Grumeti River to see hippos and crocodiles. Eat a picnic lunch at the picnic site and then continue game driving until 5:00pm. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the Seronera Safari Camp.
Early breakfast at the camp and then embark with a picnic lunch in hand for a six-hour game drive within Serengeti National Park. Here you will track wildebeest, zebra, giraffe, lion, black rhino, cheetah, leopard, hyena, bushbuck, lesser kudu, wild dog, kongoni, impala, Grant’s gazelle, black backed jackal, mongoose, olive baboons, and vervet monkey. At noon you will leave the park and pay a visit to Olduvai Gorge ($35 extra cost). Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the Simba Camp.
Eat breakfast at the camp and then make your way into the Ngorongoo Crater for a game drive. You will see common lions, African elephants, black rhino, blue wildebeest, leopard, cheetah, hyena, wild dog, Grant’s zebras, African buffalo, and hippopotamus. You will eat a picnic lunch at the crater rim and then drive to a campsite in Tarangire for dinner and your overnight stay.
After breakfast you will leave for a game drive in the park. The Tarangire River that cuts the park in two supplies enough water for all the animals that live here. You will see large numbers of elephants as they come to the river to drink. Eat a picnic lunch in the park and then continue on a game drive until the afternoon. You will then leave the park and drive to Arusha, where you will be dropped off at the Ambassador Hotel.
After breakfast you will check out of the hotel and be transferred to the Arusha airport or catch a shuttle bus back to Nairobi. If you return to Nairobi, you will meet with a member of our staff to share your experiences and then be dropped at your Nairobi hotel or the airport.
